Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Epsom salt
  • 1 Cup Baking Soda
  • 1 Tablespoon Bentonite Clay
  • 20 Drops of Essential Oils (I use Lavender)

Directions:

  • Mix epsom salt, baking soda and bentonite clay together.
  • Add essential oils and pour into hot bath water.
