This 4-ingredient savory, easy Parmesan crisps recipe only takes 10 minutes to bake in the oven, for a quick and delicious appetizer, snack, or a topper for soups and salads.

I’m a big fan of appetizers that are easy and versatile enough to double as snacks. And just like my roasted chickpeas with Parmesan, easy candied pecans, and marinated olives, these Parmesan crisps are no exception. They’re ridiculously easy and fast to make—you only need 4 ingredients and about 10 minutes before calling them done. They’re sophisticated looking enough for an appetizer, but also great for a quick and healthy, high protein, low-carb snack. Not to mention they make a stellar topper on my tomato basil soup, or a yummy addition to Caesar salad, in lieu of croutons.
