Frankincense oil is known as the King of Oils – and is one the most popular natural remedies on the market today. I use it daily to support health and if I ever had to pick just one oil to have, it would be frankincense.

Frankincense is taken from Boswellias when it is extracted from the bark of the tree. The main chemical constituents of the essential oil are Limonene, Pinene, Borneol, Farnesol, Phellandrene, Myrcene, and other constituents. These substances exhibit antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-fungal properties.

Apart from being used as a fragrance, frankincense essential oil has many medicinal uses.
