We all have those words that we absolutely loathe… “moist,” “phlegm,” and “mucus” seem to be popular contenders. While hearing or saying them can certainly send a shiver down your spine or create a sense of discomfort, most people can move on without going into a total crisis. But most people aren’t this little baby…
The little Adam is only six and a half months old in the video below and obviously doesn’t understand the meaning of most words. But that doesn’t mean he can’t have extreme (and utterly adorable) reactions when hearing them!
The clip begins with the child’s carefree smile. When his mom and dad say “Achooo!” he responds with delight. But as soon as his dad utters a specific word, the adorable little boy collapses.
The word? Ironically, it’s “yay,” which, as we all know, is meant to express happiness! Some assume this could be caused by something called word aversion, which is a perfectly normal characteristic for all humans.
For the same reason others might not like the aforementioned words, the baby doesn’t like “yay,” simply because of the way it rolls off the tongue.
