2 cups flour
2 cups cranberries, recent or frozen

1cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
18 oz. bundle cream cheese, room temperature
4 eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make Cream Cheese Cranberry Loaf

Preheat your oven to 350º F. Evenly grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray or butter.

Use a mixer and mix butter, cream cheese and sugar in a big bowl. Beat
in eggs, separately and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, it would be best to whisk collectively the baking soda, flour and salt. As soon as mixed, slowly combine the dry components along with the moist components. Ensure you stir till it’s utterly mixed collectively.
