Creamy Shrimp Pappardelle
in Homemade Alfredo Sauce
(Fast, Easy and Tasty!)

🍽️ INGREDIENTS 🍽️

 

 

– 1pkg Pappardelle Pasta
– 1lb Shrimp
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 1 Onion
– 2 tbsp Butter
– 1 Garlic Clove
– 1/3 cup White Wine
– 2 cups Heavy *whipping cream
– 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
– 1 TBSP Knorr Shrimp Bouillon
– Salt and Pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes, Paprika, Parsley and Basil
(For Garnish)

🍽️ INSTRUCTIONS 🍽️

1. Cook Pasta as directed on package, (Drain but DO NOT rinse) Set aside.

2. In a small bowl, add Shrimp season with Knorr Shrimp Bouillon.

3. In a large skillet heat oil and sauté Shrimp for 1-2 min. Remove the Shrimp and reserve.

•Homemade Alfredo Sauce•

1. In the same pan used to sauté shrimp, add the Butter Onion and Garlic and cook for about 2 min.

2. Add the White Wine and cook for an additional 3min.

3. Add Heavy Cream and let it come to a boil.

4. Add Parmesan Cheese and stir until dissolved.

5. Add the Shrimp and Pasta back to the sauce, combine and let sit for about 3min.
*Sprinkle with parsley, basil or paprika to garnish

Serve and Enjoy!!
