Ingredients:
5 lbs russet potatoes, peeled, cut into small cubes, and boiled until soft
4 stalks celery, chopped small and thin
¼ cup pickle relish (sweet or dill, as preferred)
4 eggs, boiled and chopped small
3 tablespoons dry onion, minced
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon paprika, plus extra for garnish
