*Ingredients:
°Half a c butter
°6 quarter chicken thighs, divided into thighs and thighs
°6 golden potatoes, cut into chunks
°24 garlic cloves
°Salt & ground black pepper to taste
°A quarter cup maple syrup
*How to make :
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Putting butter in a pan and melt it in oven. When the butter has melted, swirl in a circular motion to coat the bottom of the roasting pan and placing chicken thighs and thighs, potatoes & garlic cloves into the pan. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Flip chicken, potatoes and garlic to coat with butter.
Bake in preheat oven until chicken inside is no longer browned & juices run clear, about 40 mn, basting pan 3 times. Brush the chicken pieces with maple syrup and pour the cooking juices over the potatoes.
Returning to oven and bake for another 20 mn, to the chicken and potatoes are cook through. An instant-read thermometer insert to the thickest part of thigh should read at least 165°F (74°C). To serving, squeezed garlic from cooked cloves & brush the tender garlic over the chicken. To prepare juices on chicken and potatoes.
