Ingredients
313 g of flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 yolks
125ml hot milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 spoonfuls of butter

Preparation

In a bowl put the flour, baking powder, sugar, egg yolks, milk, salt and butter.
Start mixing the ingredients and then work everything together by hand.
Make a soft dough and leave for 40-60 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 8 parts and form small balls. Let them rest for at least 2 hours then brown them in hot oil.
Pass them in the sugar and stuff them
