  • 8 ounce package fat free cream cheese1/2 cup I can’t believe it’s not butter2 cups of erythritol5 eggs2 tsp vanilla extract1/3 cup of coconut flour1 cup almond flour1/8 teaspoon salt1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder1 cup Lily’s chocolate chips1 cup of chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use parchment paper to line a cookie sheet – this size works best Blend butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract and erythritol Add eggs to mixture and blend together until all ingredients are well incorporated Stir to coconut flour, almond flour, salt and baking powder to wet mixture Fold in the Lily’s chocolate chips and pecans Pour the chocolate chip mixture onto cookies sheet – use a spatula to spread around Bake for 30-35 minutes
