Julia Roberts and Ethan Hawke star as parents who discover a global catastrophe while on vacation in the new trailer for Netflix’s “Leave the World Behind.” They are visited by a mysterious stranger who informs them of the disaster. As they try to make sense of the situation, they realize that there is no going back to normal. The film, directed by Sam Esmail, will have a limited theatrical release on November 22 before streaming on Netflix on December 1.
