The cooking time for the eggs must be strictly respected. It differs depending on the type of eggs you want to cook. Allow on average 10 minutes for a hard-boiled egg, 6 minutes for a soft-boiled egg and 3 minutes for a soft-boiled egg. But it sometimes happens that the shell bursts during cooking, sometimes due to too high a temperature, or too long a time.

Instructions

  1. Take your eggs out in advance so that they warm up (at least 10°C).
  2. Put the water in a saucepan.
  3. Heat the water.
  4. Pour a splash of white vinegar into the water.
  5. When the water boils, carefully add the eggs to the pan.
