Ingredients
- Unsalted cooking water for vegetables
- Eggshells
Utensils to provide
- A large saucepan or pot
- Watering can
Instructions
- Cook your vegetables in a large pot of unsalted boiling water and reserve the cooking water.
- Add a few roughly broken egg shells to the still boiling water and let the mixture cool.
- Leave to macerate for several hours.
- Transfer the mixture to a watering can and pour over the soil of your plants or that of your garden to enrich it.
- Repeat watering 4 weeks later.
