Christina Aguilera is a mother to son Max, eleven, who she shares with her ex Jordan Bratman and five-year-old Summer that she parents with husband Matthew Rutler.
The American star, 38, has been open about the struggles of keeping her figure in check after becoming a mum and she credits her stunning frame to practicing daily yoga, staying stress-free and following a diet plan.
Christina embarked on a diet after her first pregnancy in 2008.
The blonde bombshell worked hard to get back her pre-baby shape as she prepared to star in Burlesque the movie.

As she was on a mission for the role, the Come On Over singer worked with celebrity trainer Tee Sorge.
She did a mix of cardio, weights, and stretching for 90 minutes, five times a week and six out of seven days a a week, she followed a protein, veggie, and whole grain-heavy diet.
The beauty continued to breastfeed – so it was essential that she ate at least 1770 calories to carry on producing milk.
On Sundays she would allow herself to indulge as it was her cheat day.

Discussing her regime, at the time with US Weekly, she told: “I started out slow, just listening to my body and making sure I didn’t overdo it. I feel a sense of accomplishment. I’m tighter and stronger.
“As you feel your body getting stronger, you become more motivated to be in the gym! It doesn’t matter how big or small you are. When you’re defined, I think it’s sexy. I exercise because it makes me feel good. It’s not just a physical thing.
She added: “I’m not into depriving myself; rather, I limit the bad things that I like.”
The star also shared that her goal was to fit back into her favourite pair of jeans – which she managed after her hard work – understanding pregnancy altered her shape she also told how she embraced her new curves.

During her second pregnancy, she was mindful of staying active and kept up with regular yoga – which she continued after welcoming daughter Summer.
An insider told E! news in 2014: “Christina was very healthy throughout her pregnancy and is continuing it now after the baby.”
“She is very dedicated to yoga. So much that she has never stopped practicing it. She did yoga the entire time she was pregnant. And Christina has already been working hard on getting her bod back in shape! She is doing private yoga sessions and loves how it makes her feel.”

Speaking to US Weekly, five years ago, the Dirrty hitmaker revealed she reached her goal of losing 40lbs in eight weeks.
The stunner also credited breastfeeding to helping her weight-loss journey as she ate a 1,800 calories a day and would burn around 500 from feeding her little one.
