Julia Roberts recently discovered through Ancestry’s Finding Your Roots that her last name isn’t actually Roberts. After investigating her family history, it was revealed that her great great grandmother had an affair with a married man after her husband died. The shock came when Julia was informed that her great great grandfather, Willis Roberts, couldn’t possibly be her ancestor since he died before her great grandfather was born. DNA tests revealed that her real last name is Mitchell, as she is related to Henry MacDonald Mitchell Jr.
