Huge congratulations are in order for Justin and Hailey Bieber who have announced they are expecting their first child.
The couple announced the news on Instagram on Thursday (9 May) with an adorable post.
In the post, Justin and Hailey shared a video along with a series of photographs.
Hailey can be seen wearing a white, lace dress, while Justin is cradling her baby bump.

Fellow celeb pals were quick to comment on the post, with Kendall Jenner commenting: “ahhhh here come the tears again.”
While Kim Kardashian said: “I love you guys sooooo much!!!!”
Justin, 30, and Hailey, 27, got married in September 2018 after years of on-and-off dating, having tied the knot at a courthouse in lower Manhattan.
The pair went on to host a second, much more lavish wedding around a year later, having booked out the Montage Palmetto Bluff hotel in South Carolina.
The couple have remained relatively private about their relationship, leading to constant speculation at both ends of the spectrum – with rumours often circling that they’ve either broken up… or expecting their first baby.
The latter is something Justin has previously addressed, explaining that they’d love to start a family but were simply waiting for the right time.

Speaking to Ellen DeGeneres in 2020, Justin said: “I’m going to have as many as Hailey is wishing to push out.
“I’d love to have myself a little tribe, but it’s her body and whatever she wants to do.”
When asked when that time might be, Justin added: “There’s not really an issue, but I think Hailey still has some things she wants to accomplish as a woman.
“And I think she just is not ready yet, and I think that’s OK.”
Hailey has also previously spoken out in early interviews about wanting to raise her family out of the spotlight – something her own parents did.
However, she’s accepted that the attention is ‘probably totally unavoidable’.

“That was before I was married,” she told GQ. “Didn’t know who I was going to be married to at the time, I’m sure.
“Maybe I liked the idea at 18 of not raising kids around certain things, but my life is so different now than it was when I was 18.
“It’s so hard to say what I’m going to do or not do when there isn’t even a child here yet. I don’t even know what it feels like to be a parent other than a dog parent yet. And that’s not the same thing, by any means.”
Hailey said that motherhood was something she ‘looks forward to’, saying it’s also ‘such a private, intimate thing’.
“It’s something that’s going to come when it comes,” she added.
“And it’s just, honestly, at the end of the day, so hilarious how much people f*cking care.
“Let me do what I want to do with my body and you guys can do what you want to do with your bodies – and let’s just let it be that.”

Hailey Bieber has revealed that she ‘wants kids so bad’ but admits to being ‘scared’ about starting a family with her famous husband.
The 26-year-old has been in the public eye for practically her entire life, thanks to being born into the Baldwin family – her dad is actor Stephen, her uncle Alec.
Hailey carved out a successful modelling career for herself, starring in ads for Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and H&M – but her fame hit new heights when she got hitched to 29-year-old Justin in 2018.
Hailey was just 12 when she accompanied her dad along to the filming of a morning TV show and met a then 15-year-old Justin.
Fast forward a few years and the pair had a short romance that ended in early 2016, before rekindling their relationship in June 2018. One month later, Justin popped the question and by November of the same year the pair were married.
Last month, amid rumours of a feud between her and Justin’s ex Selena Gomez – Hailey took to Instagram to say that this year had ‘some of the saddest, hardest’ moment’s of her life.

She wrote: “I like to make jokes about how I feel because sometimes it’s easier than admitting I’m having a hard time.
“But truthfully since 2023 started I have had some of the saddest, hardest moments I’ve ever had in my adult life and my mind and emotions have been fragile to say the least.”
Hailey has now opened up about how she’s ‘scared’ to have children while being in the public eye.
Speaking in a new interview with The Times, Hailey was asked if baby Biebers were on the horizon anytime soon, to which she laughed and responded: “I literally cry about this all the time! I want kids so bad but I get scared. It’s enough that people say things about my husband or my friends.

“I can’t imagine having to confront people saying things about a child.”
She continued: “We can only do the best we can to raise them. As long as they feel loved and safe.”
Opening up about her own upbringing under the glare of the media, she added: “When you’re out and about and people are stopping your dad or uncle and asking for pictures, you start to understand why.”
In January this year, Hailey donned a t-shirt emblazoned with ‘Nepo-Baby’ across the front.
“That was me being, like, ‘I’m very aware of the situation’,” she told The Times.
“I’m going to wear it loud and proud because you are already labelling me as such and it’s true.”

Justin Bieber has shared a heartwarming tribute to wife Hailey as they celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary, saying he loves her with ‘every fibre’ of his being.
Justin, 29, and Hailey, 26, got married on 13 September 2018 after years of on-and-off dating, having tied the knot at a courthouse in lower Manhattan.
Hailey – whose maiden name is Baldwin – then officially changed her surname to Bieber on social media, where she often gushes about her hubby being her ’best friend’.
The pair even went on to host a second, much more lavish wedding around a year later, having booked out the Montage Palmetto Bluff hotel in South Carolina.
Hailey later posted a photo from their big day on Instagram after a fan asked for a ‘wedding pic we haven’t seen’, with the star sharing a black-and-white snap of her and Justin spraying a huge bottle of champagne.
Amazingly, it’s been a whopping five years since they originally said ‘I do’ – a milestone they’ve both marked with adorable tributes on Instagram.

In Justin’s, he wrote: “To the most precious, my beloved. 5 years.
“You have captivated my heart. I know from the depths of my soul down to my bones that this journey with you will only exceed our wildest expectations.
“So let’s keep dreaming big baby. Cheers to forever and ever. I love you with every fibre of my being.”
“HAPPY 5TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!”
He accompanied the post with a carousel of pictures from their relationship, including a happy smooch.
Hailey also posted a series of pics on her own Instagram, although her caption was a little more to the point.
“I love you,” she wrote.
In her Stories, she also shared an image of them kissing in the sunshine, adding: “Happy Anniversary baby @justinbieber.”

Earlier this year, Justin interviewed his wife for Vogue Australia, where they discussed everything from relationships to business advice.
When asked what she liked most about marriage, Hailey replied: “My favourite thing about being married is honestly the companionship I feel we have.
“Genuinely, you are my best friend in the entire world. There’s nobody I would rather spend more time with or do anything with.”
Hailey, who is the founder of skincare brand Rhode also shared her top advice for those looking to set up their own venture.
She said: “I would say that if you’re looking to start a business, it’s taking a leap of faith, but I think that it’s a really good leap to take, and you should definitely trust your gut and trust your instincts. But also, be okay with the mishaps that happen.
“There’s so many ups, but there are also downs, like anything in life. I think if you can take the bumps in the road and use them to improve your business as you move forward and as you expand, then it’s only something that helps you along the way. I think just being okay with that.”

Justin and Hailey Bieber were out on the town last night for an event in New York City.
Now, with names as big as theirs, you would usually expect them to be dolled up to the nines when out in public, wearing some major fashion brand, or several.
Well, this week, the couple stepped out for a glitzy do organised by donut legends Krispy Kreme to launch Hailey’s new limited edition Rhode Beauty’s peptide lip treatment in strawberry glaze.
And while one of them lived up to the expectations fans have of them, the same can’t quite be said about their other half.
In photos shared on social media, Hailey can be seen wearing a red strapless Ermanno Scervino minidress.

The model also paired the look with her B pendant necklace, a red Ferragamo bag, and Maison Ernest heels.
Conversely, her husband didn’t quite seem to get the memo.
Instead of a sharp suit or whatever, he turned up in a baggy grey tracksuit, with a pink baseball cap and crocs.
Now, I imagine the ensemble cost more than my annual salary, but still.
And their differing style choices were spotted by people online, who were super confused as to why Hailey let her hubby go out dressed like that.
“I’d be so angry if I was giving the girls my best look of the year and here come my husband,” commented one critic.
Another joked: “The bar is on the FLOOR for straight men.”

While someone else put: “The sad thing is she can’t win. If she dressed in sweats as well, they’d say she’s basic and has no style. She dressed up and now it’s too much Taquita.
“I yearn for the day she goes on Instagram live and clears the room.”
Not everyone was so offended by Bieber’s outfit, though.
Some came out to bat for the popstar, saying he was actually being supportive of his partner.
“Very unpopular opinion but I kinda love that he clearly doesn’t want the attention on him,” they said.
“He wants her to stand out for her OWN event while he just shows up to show her love from the sidelines and I honestly love that.”
With another remarking: “I like how she allows him do him, he’s just his true, authentic self with her and I fw that.”

Hailey Bieber has responded to all those pregnancy rumours, having hit back at the speculation by saying there’s something ‘disheartening’ about it.
Hailey, 26, and Justin, 29, have been married for five years after tying the knot at a courthouse in lower Manhattan back in September 2018.
Of course, when people of a certain age are together for long enough, questions inevitably turn to when they’ll have kids – yep, rarely if, but when. Grrr.
That’s a question Hailey’s found herself batting off recently, especially after fans totally lost it when they saw a photo of her husband cradling a newborn baby.
While the initial excitement of seeing Justin with a baby sent some people into a frenzy, his accompanying caption quickly clarified the situation.
The tot was not in fact his and Hailey’s, but actually the child of 41-year-old E! News host, Jason Kennedy, and his wife, 35-year-old fashion blogger Lauren Scruggs.

The ‘Peaches’ singer captioned the pics: “Meet my niece Poppy Ford Kennedy.
“Anyone who knows @thejasonkennedy and @thelaurenkennedy know their journey and challenges with having kids.”
He added: “They now have two beautiful babies that I’m absolutely obsessed with.”
Hailey has now addressed fans’ obsession with the matter in a new interview with GQ, explaining how the gossip affects her.
“Recently, everybody was like, ‘Oh, my God, she’s pregnant,’ and that’s happened to me multiple times before,” she said.
“There is something that’s disheartening about, Damn, I can’t be bloated one time and not be pregnant? It would be a lie if I was like, ‘Oh, yeah, I don’t give a s**t.’
“When there comes a day that that is true, you […] you, as in the internet, will be the last to know.”
