Although relationships can take many various forms, I believe most of us can agree that they function best when there is some give and take. Issues will undoubtedly arise in its absence.
This joke illustrates what occurs when a man decides he wants to be the boss in a relationship. Yes, occasionally everything goes as planned, but other times it doesn’t.
This is not a joke that only married people may laugh at. All you have to know about life is that people are humans. That’s it.
Each one of the three brothers gets married.
The first one wed a Minneapolis native and addressed her as follows:
“I want the house to be tidy and clean when I get back from work.”
On the first day, he saw nothing different, but on the second day, the home was spotless.
The second brother wed a Dallas-based woman and addressed her as follows:
“I want my home to be clean, the laundry done as well, and food ready on the table when I get back from work.”
He saw no changes on the first day, not on the second, but on the third, everything was as he had requested.
The third brother wed a Detroit native and addressed her as follows:
“I want the house to be clean, the laundry to be done, and food ready on the table when I get back from work.”
He didn’t see anything on the first day, nor did he on the second or third.
By the fourth day, he was able to prepare himself a sandwich with minimal movement in his right hand and some peripheral vision in his left eye.
