Alicia Almira, now 31 years old, has spent the last ten years and around $200,000 to turn herself into a living Barbie doll. This dramatic change has made her look completely different from how she looked before.

Alicia’s dream of looking like Barbie started when she was nine years old, but she only began her big transformation at 21. She left her job in public relations, moved to London, and fully committed to her goal.

Over the past decade, Alicia has had many surgeries and procedures. These include several breast surgeries, a nose job, fillers in her forehead, around her eyes, cheeks, jaw, and lips, Botox injections, and PDO threads. She has also tattooed her chest and torso, tripled the length of her nails, and always keeps a tan and eyelash extensions.

Talking about her transformation, Alicia said, “I’ve erased who I used to be in order to become plastic.” Despite facing a lot of criticism, she stays firm in her belief, saying, “It takes a lot of courage to stand by your beliefs, dreams, and lifestyle when it’s considered ‘controversial.’”

Alicia thinks of her transformation as an ongoing journey. She said, “I’ve always been attracted to the extreme. Some people think I’m mad, but I don’t regret having the surgery. In fact, I’d like my breasts to be even bigger in the future. I want to look as plastic as possible and inspire other girls to do the same.”

Alicia grew up in a traditional family and looked conventional until she went to university in Copenhagen at 18. Her transformation journey started with tattoos, but she soon wanted more extreme changes. At 25, she saved £3,500 for her first breast implants, going from a D cup to a J cup, even though she is 5’6” and a size 8.

Alicia’s commitment also extends to her future children. She said she would support them if they wanted surgery, saying, “If my daughter really wants big boobs and everything else, then I would take her to the surgeon.”

Even though people have different opinions about it, she continues her journey with strong determination and without regret. She believes in her decisions and stands by them, hoping to inspire others to follow their dreams, no matter how unconventional they may be.
