Weakened by temperature changes, lack of sun and vitamins, the scalp is more sensitive and dry in autumn/winter. This is why we sometimes lose our hair more easily during this period. Fortunately, there are some very simple tips to remedy this.
Hair loss, why?
Losing your hair is quite normal when you know that hair has a lifespan of a few years: 4 to 6 years for women, 3 years for men. It is therefore common to lose between 50 and 100 per day even if you pay attention to it. The loss can nevertheless become more significant and become annoying at certain times in life:
- Change of season
- Hormonal variations (pregnancy, menopause, etc.)
- Period of intense stress
- Surgery
- Taking certain medications, particularly against cholesterol.
1 – MUSTARD OIL, ONE OF THE LEAST KNOWN NATURAL TRICKS AGAINST HAIR LOSS
The possible uses of mustard are already very little known. However, mustard oil helps to coat the hair and promote growth by stimulating blood circulation thanks to its heating effect. In addition, this oil strengthens the hair fiber and reduces dandruff. In the end, the hair is shiny, smooth and stronger. And to make matters worse, this oil also reduces premature aging of the hair. To limit hair loss , we advise you to use it as a toning mask in combination with other oils. For example, use 1 tbsp of castor oil, 1 tsp of coconut oil and 2 tsp of mustard oil to leave on for 15 minutes. Otherwise, dilute 5 drops of an essential oil mentioned above in 10 ml of mustard oil and 30 ml of vegetable oil(s) of your choice for a more complete mask .
