Ingredients

1/8 tsp. turmeric

1 cup  coconut milk

1 cup water

raw, organic honey to taste

a pinch of black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Bring to a simmer and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  4. add honey to taste.

Drink a cup of  golden milk two or three times per day for best results.
