Through DNA testing, it was revealed that her great-great-grandfather was actually Henry McDonald Mitchell Jr., not Willis Roberts as previously believed. This shocking revelation came about when it was discovered that her great-great-grandmother had an affair with Mitchell after her husband’s death. Although surprised, Roberts stated that she still considers her family to be her family and prefers to keep the name Roberts.
