How to Do Intermittent Fasting

Many people who do intermittent fasting, fast for 16 hours and allow 8 hours for feeding. The feeding period is usually between 12 pm and 8 P.M.

The common intermittent fasting cycle (24 hours) looks  like this:

16 hour fasting time —No food allowed. You can just drink water, coffee, or tea.

8 hour eating time — You can eat in the 8 window. (preferably healthy foods, no processed foods, less carbs and more healthy fats)
