The cleanliness of the house is often recognized by the care of the toilet. There is no need to immediately use chemical cleaners from the pharmacy. It also goes the other way.

It is said that cleanliness is half of health. Of course this also applies to the toilet, which is otherwise a reservoir of all possible bacteria. Therefore, it must be cleaned regularly. After all, this also contributes to making the toilet smell pleasant. But how to do it without having to use expensive cleaning products? Try, for example, cloves, vinegar or ordinary pumice stone.

With pumice stone for unpleasant encrustations

Since you cannot do without water on the toilet, limescale deposits are related to it. It’s a natural thing, although somewhat annoying. The unsightly limescale then looks like the toilet hasn’t been flushed for weeks. If you do not want to invest considerable funds in purchasing detergents in the pharmacy,  you can try ordinary natural pumice stone  . This porous igneous rock has been used since ancient times to remove dead skin. However, with the help of him, you can remove  limescale  in the toilet bowl.

You can also clean the toilet with pumice stone

For stubborn dirt with vinegar

If the toilet is very dirty, you can also use vinegar. This natural cleaner is very effective and the working process is simple. You need to remove the water from the bowl and then pour the vinegar into it. It is left to act, preferably for 3 or 4 hours, so that the deposit dissolves well. Then just clean the bowl with a brush and the result should be perfect: a bright white toilet.

Cloves make the toilet smell nice

To perfume the toilet

Surely you also like it when a pleasant aroma enters your nostrils after opening the bathroom door. This can be achieved easily and cheaply by using a homemade spice –  cloves  . It is aromatic and can remove unpleasant odors. For 1 liter of water you need about 10 cloves and 5 tablespoons of baking soda. Mix everything well and then spray the mixture into the toilet and let it act for at least a while. Then rinse everything out with water and you should expect the desired result: a scented toilet.
