Annonce:

– 12 egg roll wrappers.

– 1 Lb.Of thinly sliced ribeye steak (or sirloin) – cut into strips.

– 1 large onion – thinly sliced.

– 1 large bell pepper – thinly sliced

– 2 Cups.Of shredded provolone or mozza cheese.

– 2 Tbsp.Of vegetable oil.

– 2 Tbsp.Of Worcestershire sauce.

– 1 Tbsp.Of soy sauce.

– 1 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

– Salt and black pepper to taste.

– Canola Oil for frying.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1st Step

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Cook the ribeye steak, which has been thinly cut, until it is browned and cooked all the way through. Take the steak out of the skillet and put it on a plate.

2nd Step

Add the thinly sliced onions and bell peppers to the same pan. Cook them in a sauté pan until they soften and take on a caramelized flavor. When it’s done, return the steak to the pan it was cooked in. Worcestershire, soy, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and black pepper are some of the condiments that would go well with the combo. After thoroughly combining, give the flavors some time to mingle. Remove from heat.

3rd Step

On a clean surface, arrange an egg roll wrapper in the form of a diamond. The filling for a Philly cheesesteak should be placed in the middle of the wrapper, and shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese should be sprinkled liberally on top. Take care not to overstuff the package.

4th Step

Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then roll securely. To properly seal the egg roll, wet the top corner of the wrapper. To use the rest of the components, just repeat the procedure.

5th Step

Put enough oil for frying into a deep pot or pan and heat it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Don’t crowd the pan; gently drop a few egg rolls at a time into the hot oil.

6th Step

Fry the egg rolls for approximately two to three minutes, or until golden brown and crusty. Take them out of the oil with a slotted spoon and transfer them to a dish lined with paper towels to soak up the excess grease.

7th Step

Put the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls on a dish and provide dipping sauces like marinara or cheddar if preferred. It is better to eat these delicious egg rolls when they are still warm and crispy. Wrapped in a crisp shell, the mix of steak, cheese, and sautéed veggies is a taste bomb that will wow any audience
