  • For lunch consume 1 banana, 2.5 dl of water (non-carbonated), two cups of lettuce, tomato, or arugula with lemon juice and olive oil, grilled hake, and chard with potatoes. 
  • For dinner consume 2 cups of salad with lemon juice and olive oil, 150 grams of tuna baked in foil, a cup of steamed vegetables, wholemeal bread, fennel tea, and 2.5 dl of water. 

 

2nd day: 

  • When you wake up consume5 dl of lukewarm water.
  • For breakfast consume a cup of oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of flaxseed, 2 dl of diet yogurt or milk, pear, and green tea. 
  • As a snack consume 1 grapefruit. 
  • For lunch consume 200 grams of chicken breast (roasted), vegetable stew (onions, peas, carrot, celery, pepper, and tomato), cucumber (150 grams), and 2.5 dl of water (non-carbonated). 
  • As a snack consume an apple and 2.5 dl of water. 
  • For dinner consume grated beetroot and carrot salad with lemon juice, nettle tea, and some wholemeal bread. 

 

How to detoxify the body through the feet? 

You can also get rid of toxins from your body through your feet. Even though this method has not been scientifically proved yet, it is safe and harmless. It consists of dragging blood particles through your feet.  

There are many ways in which you can detoxify your body through your feet, such as foot baths and masks, home detoxifiers, salt baths, foot detox pads, and so on. These detoxifying methods offer numerous health benefits, as they relax and soften swollen feet, get rid of harmful toxins, such as tobacco and metal, boost the immune system, relieve chronic pain, and aid in weight loss.
