The lemon will resolve any nausea and improve mood, the ginger will soothe irritation and the honey will keep you healthy and also add good taste!

Ingredients:

  • Ginger root, cut up, 2 tsp
  • Fresh lemon juice, 3 tbsp
  • Raw honey, ½ cup
  • Erythritol powder, ¼ (for the paper, below)

Baking tray and baking paper

Method:

Turn on the stove on low heat, and place the pot over it, with the lemon, ginger, and honey in it.

Mix all the time and stir all the time, and foam should appear. Then remove the pot from heat and stir some more if foam appears again. Measure this mix with a kitchen thermometer, and the temperature should be a maximum of 300 degrees.

Let it cool off after a lot of whisking. Then in the tray with the baking paper, apply a bit of powdered sugar, and drop the melted mix as drops all around on the paper. Place this in a dark cold room. It will be like droplet candies!
