  1. Fill a large glass bowl 3/4 full with very warm water.  Add a 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar and oil of choice (such as olive oil).
  2. Soak your feet in water for 10-15 minutes.  Then use a pumice to gently scrub your heels before you dry.
  3. After drying, apply a thick coat of your favorite moisturizing oil or cream and apply clean cotton socks.

  • ¾ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup shea butter
  • 15 drops lavender essential oil – you can use any essential oil you wish such as tea tree to deal with fungal issues
