Deaths from Alzheimer’s disease are at it’s highest in the United States, according to a new study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). …Alzheimer’s is a progressive brain disease that causes brain cells to rapidly die due to abnormal protein deposits build up in the brain.

Conventional drugs only address its symptoms and try to slow the progression of this disease, they don’t attack the root of the problem. Fortunately, we have Turmeric!

It has been used as medicine for centuries.

Turmeric Produces 'Remarkable' Recovery in Alzheimer's Patients

EAT 2 SPOONS OF TURMERIC TWICE A DAY FOR THESE BRAIN BENEFITS

Curcumin is an extract of turmeric that has been found to break down amyloid-beta plaques (a hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease) in lab-based (in vitro) studies.

PubMed and NCBI published, peer-reviewed journal study entitled “Effects of turmeric on Alzheimer’s disease with behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia.” Researchers picked patients with Alzheimer’s disease  and administered 764 milligram of turmeric. After just 12 weeks their behavioral symptoms were “improved remarkably” as a result of consuming turmeric.

It was observed that the patients “exhibited irritability, agitation, anxiety, and apathy, two patients suffer from urinary incontinence and wanderings. They were prescribed turmeric powder capsules and started recovering from these symptoms without any adverse reaction in the clinical symptom.”

A study published in Neurochemistry International, 2016 proclaims curcumin as one of the most effective foods that reduce inflammation in Alzheimer’s.

HOW TO TAKE TURMERIC

For optimal curcumin absorption it is necessary to combine the turmeric with good fats such as coconut oil. Also add a dash of black pepper to enhance curcumin uptake.

I highly recommend using turmeric on various foods. When cooking with turmeric powder , the University of Maryland recommends up to 3 grams per day. Remember to add a dash of black pepper!

MIRACLE SUPPLEMENT COLLAGEN BOOSTS BRAIN HEALTH

New research suggests collagen, specifically collagen VI, has the capacity to protect brain cells against amyloid-beta (Aβ) proteins, which are widely thought to cause Alzheimer’s disease.

By increasing your collagen intake, you can create a form of protection for your brain.
