Hydrogen peroxide has also been used in many countries to preserve milk where there is no refrigeration. It has been used to sanitize hospitals for years as it is such a broad-spectrum germ killer.

According to the CDC, “Hydrogen peroxide is active against a wide range of microorganisms, including bacteria, yeasts, fungi, viruses, and spores .”  Specifically, it has been found to kill E. coli, Streptococcus species, H1N1 virus, and norovirus.

SO HOW CAN YOU MAKE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE WORK FOR YOU?

Unsurprisingly, hydrogen peroxide can be used as natural cures for various conditions. For example,you can make a nasal spray by using one tablespoon of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide in a cup of non-chlorinated water.  It’s an effective treatment for sinus infections.
